I want to see more multicultural dishes represented as healthy options alongside Western mainstays such as salads and smoothies. I couldn’t find it, so I decided to create it.
On this website you’ll find my original recipes for healthier twists on traditional South Asian and Middle Eastern dishes. Plus crowd-pleasers like cakes, cookies and cheesecake.
I develop my recipes through a Holistic Health lens so everything here is whole food only, no refined sugars, and gut and hormone health supporting.
As someone who has been through the wringer with my health I understand, and have personally experienced the power of food and movement to heal.
I became a coach to help women who might have struggled with similar issues. For over 10 years I’ve helped women around the world transform their gut and hormonal health, gain muscle, shed fat and have better energy, sleep and moods.
My hope with this site is that I can educate, inspire and help as many women as possible. I’m so glad you’re here!
